Darling old cottage just 3 blocks to Historic Summerville. Eva’s for Breakfast and Laura for Dinner. Shops and pubs abound in this bustling town.
Easy access to 26 to head into Charleston. Spacious newly renovated Bathrooms and a large back deck and yard for exploring. 2 TV’s one in LR and one in King Master. 1 block to the Greenway, and Parking for 2-3 cars

I leave the key in the clean out of the birdhouse on the front porch prior to your arrival. There’s also an extra key inside the pewter bowl in the kitchen counter.
In the winter, please turn the heat completely off in the summer. Please turn the air up to 78 before heading out 74 is usually quite comfortable inside when you are there.
