This property was so perfect for us! We were away from the crazy but a short walk to the beach. The house was so clean and provided everything we needed for a great week in Hampton. We will definitely be back!

Love this condo! Short walk over sand dunes to beautiful Hampton beach. Marge was fabulous! The condo was fully stocked so all you had to do was unlock the door and enjoy, which we did! There were also treats left for our arrival. We had absolutely the best time and look forward to renting again! Thanks Marge

Absolutely exactly what we needed! This house had everything you would possibly need. If you forgot anything I promise it would be there!! There were snack, juice, water and coffee. I highly recommend staying here. You can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants.

What a hidden gem this was! Our stay was in early October so AC was not an issue. We have never stayed in a VRBO that was as complete as this one. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bath. Super comfy sofa, and beds. Quick, easy access to the coastline although there is no clear view of the water. Check in & out was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, the host left so many snacks and drinks and a fully stocked everything in the apartment from cleaning supplies to makeup wipes etc. Everyone in the building was very nice. The back deck had wonderful sunsets. I would book again!!!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very nice and the host left many extras. If it wasn’t for the storm it would have been great to walk to close by places including the Hampton boardwalk. The only negative my oldest daughter had foot surgery and we did not realize it was on the 3rd floor. I would definitely not recommend the 2 flights to climb if not in shape. You must carry 3 days of supplies snd luggage up 2 flights. Otherwise this place was wonderful. Ty so much Marjorie.

This was the perfect spot for our family! It felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the little gift basket of snacks for the kids and all the other comforts of home that we weren’t expecting. The walk to the beach was short and easy. It is located at the state park side of the “strip” so it was a short walk to all the “activities” but quiet when you wanted it to be. The kids had a blast and we had space to spread out so we weren’t all on top of each other. Thank you for your hospitality and for making a memorable trip for our family!

This condo was an amazing find & such a great stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating & communicated quickly & clearly. The condo is stocked with so many amenities which is huge bonus when traveling from out of state. From drinks, snacks, shower products, shower/beach towels, beach chairs, laundry products… you name it & I guarantee it’s there! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The downtown area is also about a 10 minute walk. We had a great time & would absolutely book this place again!

It was the perfect location for us! Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk but just far enough way that it’s quiet and comfortable. Super clean! Great large deck. Only downside was one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC unit. With temperatures around 90 it was very warm in there without it. The “kids”( they are about 20 lol) just slept in the living room the nights it was hot. Other than that- perfect!

Wonderful beach condo!

This condo was perfect for our trip. We were within driving distance to Maine. Boston, and Cap Cod. It was comfy and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again.
