About the host
Hosted by Lavinia Gadsden

I have been a property manager and premier host for another property for the last 8 years.
That house was sold in September and am now taking responsibility for making this property a top quality experience. I been coming to Little Compton in summers since I was a kid and moved here full time 12 years ago. I live less than 10 minutes away, so am always available if needed.

What makes this property unique
The best feature of this home is the location! It's just up the hill from the entrance to South Shore and Goosewing Beach and Preserve. If you don't like spending all day at the beach there is plenty of other activities to fill your day. The Phinney Pharm is an idea starting point for walks, since there are multiple roads and routes to take to walk along the coast, through the woods and the Goosewing Preserve. The town has tennis and pickleball courts, with two afternoons scheduled for drop-in playing. Little Compton is a popular biking destination, has lots of places for kayaking and surfing.
