Located on a great stone private lane with nice covered porch and green lawn. Very close to the attractions.

This Little Compton home had all that was necessary to slow down and enjoy the shore with the family. A beautiful, big yard and comfortable house complete with a ping pong table (used daily) made our stay memorable.

The house and location were very nice. However, the AC had a moldy and musty smell. We considered leaving but ended up changing the air filter on the AC ourselves and contacting our host. The date on the filter was June 15, 2025, it was black, the air vents were dirty and the rubber rim on the washing machine was dirty as well. Fortunately for us, the weather cooperated and we really didn't need the AC through much of the week. Would have liked to receive a bit of a refund but none was offered. Would not rent this house again unless proof of cleaning.

Dream Come True

The house and yard were perfect for us ! Lots of room for children to play in the yard and Goosewing beach is very close !! Kitchen has everything you need. Farm stands were great. We relaxed and laughed and had FUN together.
