Private access to the beach! Sleeps 9.

Beautiful and fully updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath house directly across the street from the beach. Walking distance to small shops and cafes as well as the local arcade. Back yard has an unobstructed view of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Easy access for kyaking and spending the whole day at the beach! Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. This is Unit 1 of 2 units on this property. Both are available for rental. Linens and towels are not provided. Please feel free to bring your own or obtain through the following service:

The beach access was perfect, we could hear the waves crashing from our rental, it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner had great communication, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! It was even more beautiful in person!

The house was newly remodeled, had all the essentials needed, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of seating and space. The fire pit in the yard was a great place to watch the sunset. The hosts were very accommodating! We had a great week.

Wells Beach Gem

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Wells Beach home. Steps from the ocean, beautiful marsh sunsets and a wonderful back patio! This house had everything and more! We can’t wait to return next year with our family!

Quiet Escape

The house was very clean comfortable and clearly cared for. The owners were kind and attentive. The quick walk to the beach was ideal for our early morning walks. I even saw seals swimming on the beach at dawn. The evening sunsets on the marsh are stunning. We saw crane, blue heron and even an eagle foraging in the marsh. Our family had a wonderful visit!!

Pristine!

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. It was in perfect condition. Extremely clean. You can’t beat the location with private way to the beach directly across the street. With little ones, being able to quickly run back and forth from beach to cottage in less than a minute was very convenient! Host was friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here! :)

great spot

loved the location and nice clean house. Cynthia was easy to reach and helpful. However, NO LINENS OR TOWELS are provided and this should have been made clear and obvious in the listing. Not a nice surprise upon arrival.

As a family, we have enjoyed Maine Beaches since our children were little. We are now enjoying this experience with our grandchildren. Wells is a beautiful area to enjoy the outdoors.

Why they chose this property

Once we experienced the views, we were unable to resist. In addition, many homes in this area have been in their families for years! It is a great family neighborhood !

What makes this property unique

This home has the best of both worlds. Enjoy the Beach all day and then the marsh at night and when you need that day away from the beach!
