3 BR, 3 Bath Villa, Westin Amenities Included, Free Golf and Tennis! Near Beach
Welcome to our fully furnished 3 BR, 3 Bath, 1750 sq ft 2nd floor villa in Ocean Palms. It is a short walk to the hot tub and either of the 2 pools and kiddie pool at the Palms or take the 3 minute free shuttle ride to the beautiful Westin to enjoy their multiple pools, hot tub, beach, restaurants, bars, health club and spa. The rental also includes daily free tennis and golf ( you pay the cart fees)
All 3 bedrooms have full private bathrooms and TVs. Standard bedroom arrangement is King, King, 2 Twins. ( For a $30 fee, any bedroom can be modified into a King or 2 Twin room if you would like to change the standard configuration.) The living room has a pull out couch. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washer and dryer. There is a walkout deck that overlooks a water way and golf course. WIFI and cable HDTV included.
Weeks are rented Sunday to Sunday. Upon arrival, guests will check into the Ocean Palms Villa office inside the Westin Resort. If you arrive late and the villa office is closed, check in is at the Westin front desk.
*Additional required cleaning fee of $250 is not included in the rental price and is paid at check-in.
*This is a smoke free condo and pets are not allowed.
