Nestled in the western Sonoma County highlands, just outside of the charming town of Cazadero. Sanctuaire is a serene mountainside villa of sweeping natural views, gardens and, forested hillsides, and native flora and fauna. With two master suites on different floors. In addition, to the Roman style swimming pool, conspicuously set as a center stage to witness the breathtaking 360 panorama of nature. Sanctuaire also features comfy outdoor decks, grilling areas and flagstone patios, all designed to optimize the stunning views that make Sanctuaire so memorable and so special. Kitchen is on the second story, and has great access to gas grill and picnic tables. There is a wood-stove, and propane fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, beautiful tile and flagstone work throughout with eclectic furnishings. Also, there is a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. There is a large flagstone patio with , Seasonal Solar-Heated Salt Swimming Pool
available May30th 2025-Oct 15~2025 . Jacuzzi with 65 jets , Loungers and a Pond, Gardens, and Fabulous Mountain Views. Also there is DSLWIFI. .. Sanctuaire offers many off site amenities such as being close to the Pacific Coastal Highway (PCHwy 1); a treasure trove to make any cyclist happy. World-Class Wine Tasting in the Great Russian River Appellation and 5 star Dining close by in Jenner.
Almost forgot~we have beautiful WARD CREEK FRONTAGE,with Good accessibility, with picnic table and loungers. Our pond in front of homesite, will serenade you with chattering frog life~
We have been around for over two decades~and feel that sharing this incredible beauty, with our guests~can offer peace and tranquility, for yourself, and us, your host's.
Again, thanks for considering Sanctuaire.
I would love to host everyone, BUT do not recommend Sanctuaire for handicap, though railings and pulls, there are steps, and uneven surfaces with the flagstone. Toddlers, also have a sense of adventure, and home and grounds are expansive and eclectic So I do not recommend, Sorry Though.

Peaceful and quiet, it is a true sanctuary to unwind and relax. Loved the warm private pool and hot tub with a lovely view. So comfortable with a big deck and porches to enjoy the view from many perspectives.The small pond was perfect and brought the sounds of frogs and beautiful drangonflies.Check-in was very easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Marie worked closely with us. My reservation was a gift for my wife and our 45 anniversary.The house is beautifully decorated with furniture pieces from across the world. A path leads to a large wonderful saltwater indoor pool. The location is private and views of large pine trees.We spent 10 days there and left totally relaxed and recharged. I’ve used VRBO for years and this property is my number one choice. Anyone staying here will enjoy the peace and quiet. Sanctuary home is just that. Get in line, because this place is a gem that my Wife will return to for years

A lovely, secluded area which was a perfect weekend getaway for us from the city. This very unique house, carefully decorated with years of collected furniture and art work has everything you need including a hot tub under the stars! This property was spectacular, both inside the house and throughout the spacious grounds. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. Nature at its best

Everything about Sanctuaire is relaxing and beautiful! Comfortable beds and furniture, interesting art, excellent equipment, gorgeous views, plenty of wildlife to watch and listen to -- and a pool and hot tub, too! We had a lovely week-long vacation here, visiting redwood groves and the ocean, and mostly, sticking around the property to read books and enjoy each other's company. Delightful.

Sanctuaire is a secluded beautiful Victorian-style home that can accommodate up to 5 people. The home is surrounded by 30 acres of oaks, redwoods, hills, and creeks with views that take your breath away. The only neighbors are birds, squirrels, other non-threatening wildlife!
