Great location and property for Honolulu

Great location with the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We stayed with family and it was nice to be close to downtown Waikiki but right at the busy central downtown core at Kalaluah

The property was great, The staff was great. The only thing I would say bad is both restrooms had hair in the showers and hair in the towels. I’m sure it was a rare thing. Everything else was great. I’d definitely stay here again.

The place was perfectly clean and we got a surprisingly great beach view! We did not get the two beds in the second bedroom, which we desperately needed for our teenagers. We had to utilize the pullout couch which was a bit broken and once opened wouldn’t close up. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, surprised to find plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in containers attached to the bathroom walls. Coffee packets as well both of which we packed bc we were told they weren’t.

Major strike going on

HHV as a whole was on strike! Very loud with drums and blow horn at all hours. Limited hours on everything due to strike. They pulled people from other islands they didn’t know anything when asked questions. Jacuzzi broken, trash in hallways. I’m sure it would be fine if they weren’t on strike. But overall not a good experience this trip

Location and property was great, as we planned, according to our family group is that we needed 3 beds and a sofa bed/sleeper (for my daughter and husband, grandma, grandson & my wife and I) we arranged for grandma (84 yo] would be in one bed, my grandson would be ok on the sofa sleeper. Checking in was ok but the unit was not as requested and Hilton was not able to place us as we requested. Since they said they had no other place for us we were willing to accept an e tra cor at least but they denied that saying they could not provide that for us...more...

Perfect in Every Way

This condo and property were absolutely perfect. We had a two bedroom condo that was a corner unit with two balconies. One balcony overlooked the beautiful resort grounds and offered glimpses of the ocean. The other overlooked a stunning, contemporary infinity pool. The views were inspiring no matter where you looked. The sounds of the birds singing while sitting on the balcony made me feel I was in a tropical forest . The master suite offered luxury amenities including a rain shower and Toto Washlet. The kitchen was well equipped and provided all the necessary items for our stay. Appliances were modern and stainless steel. The overall design and style of the unit was perfect in every way. I only wish we had been there longer! The resort offered anything you could ever want; Beautiful grounds and pools, beach, shopping (luxury and touristy), food, beverage, entertainment, etc. The host of this property provided excellent communication. I would definitely return to this resort and this condo again. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Mahalo! A.B.W.
