This lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in Palm Manor close to the scenic beauty of Manasota Key. This community offers a relaxing yet vibrant environment for residents.
The condo features an open concept area that connects the living, dining and kitchen areas. The recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops has raised ceilings for a bright atmosphere and allows you to visit while in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with a new walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV, high speed internet and a NEW washer & dryer are included for your convenience. Utility closet available for storage. Houses chairs and umbrellas.
You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the heated community pool or take advantage of the tennis courts and community center for special event gatherings. Located close to several beaches on Manasota Key or Boca Grande, as well as shopping and restaurants.
A full month rental is required for January, February and March, but owners prefer all three months rented together.
Seven-night minimum rental required for all other times of the year. Saturday to Saturday only from January until the end of April.
Taxes, cleaning and booking fees are additional. Sorry, no mailbox access.
