This was our first time in Akron, OH, and this location provided a convenient place to stay. Our boys loved the game room, and we all loved the extra-comfy blankets. It was the perfect rest spot to spend the week before back-to-school.

I traveled with three sisters in AA to attend Founder’s. The property was so close to UofAkron, but we loved having our own place and creating lasting memories. Such a perfect place for the four of us!

Conveniently located close to the zoo. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Not as stocked as other places I’ve stayed. We did have what was needed. Towels limited and no typical towel racks. Had paper towel. Found in laundry room.

The house is great with a spacious kitchen and comfortable living room and bedrooms! It’s in a nice neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from the zoo. Be aware that VRBO will charge an extra 250 for additional guests.

We really liked the ability to park in the garage, and the game room was fun for down time! The kitchen worked for what we needed it for while we were there. It was pretty close to what we wanted to do in the national park as well, so that was nice. Of note, you can hear a lot of sirens and trains due to the proximity of the hospitals and train systems, but a sound machine easily fixes that. The master bed has a significant dip in the mattress, but we still slept good after a busy day. The hosts had excellent communication and fixed our only minor issue within an hour! There were a couple small things that could be fixed in the house that I will be sending a private note about, but none of them affected our stay.

This is a great place to stay - one of our favorites for sure. Our kiddo loved the game room and kept asking to stay more days. The house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and parking in the garage was a great bonus. We'd stay here again!
