We had a very nice experience. When we arrived I had a question that was answered by the owner himself. We felt right at home. Extra amenities were furnished . Safe and nice location. Should I return to Colorado I will definitely stay there again.

If you are playing in IDT 14u in Colorado, this is the place. Our drive was 15 min away from either field location, as well as 4 minutes away from the local Dbat. Not to mention, the proximity to grocery stores and quick bites. The property was clean with very modern bathrooms x2. They even left us cookies when we checked in. Up front communication as well.

Because of a very busy long weekend we really didn't get to spend a lot of time at the home, so we didn't get to use the hot tub or the backyard playground. We were there mainly for sleeping and breakfast. The home was very clean, very well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The teens in our group were especially drawn to the steam shower. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to everything we needed. I would highly recommend it for families with young children.

We were two couples in town for 3 nights. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the showers delightful. We even managed to get into the hot tub one evening and found it to be clean and hot. Quiet neighborhood, with close access to main roads. Communication with Cody was fast. He even reached out to us to let us know we could stay later than the check out time due to a late arrival of the next people. We would stay at Cody’s house again.

Very clean home, beds were comfortable. Safety rail provided for safety of steps. One of the bedrooms was warm at night because the vent was under the bed. Overall very welcoming and would stay again.

The house was just as described. It looked like a designer had decorated the inside. The neighborhood was inviting and quiet. The grocery and drug stores were nearby. Worth the stay!

Absolutely Amazing Stay for CU Boulder Grad

House is exactly as pictured. Everything brand new. Spotless. Owners went above and beyond in helping plan local restaurants, constant communication, truly an amazing 4 day stay. We hosted a family dinner for 16 and there was so much room inside and out. Highly recommend.

We were very please with this rental. Cody and Marlana were very responsive. The king beds were comfortable; we did not use the queen bed. The hot tub was wonderful! We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Families

We really enjoyed the house, it was perfect for Families. The upstairs area was great for dining and socializing. The kids loved the hot tub and back yard play set. The host were excellent; great communicating and answering questions about final details. Highly recommend- Thank You!
