Beautiful 2 bedroom upstairs retreat on 20 acres
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located near Grass Valley (6 miles) and Nevada City (8 miles) on 20 acres of nature. 2 large bedrooms with a 3rd bed queen size pull-out couch. Full kitchen and Jacuzzi type bath tub. Enjoy a relaxing retreat in the heart of the gold country. Features an upstairs 2 bedroom retreat on 20 acres with hiking trails. Nearby the S. Yuba River State Park (Bridgeport) 5 miles away a perfect spot to unwind. My caretaker Diane, lives downstairs.
The space
Upstairs flat with 2 large bedrooms. Master has large walk-in closet. Full kitchen with all the appliances and bathroom with jet tub. Large deck overlooking the trees. I have a caretaker Diane who lives downstairs if you need help with anything.
Guest access
The entire upstairs is included and feel free to walk the property and explore nature, there are many trails around the 20 acres to explore. Includes an irrigation ditch and year round creek.
Other things to note
Access to the upstairs requires going up and down the outside steps.
