We are 3/4 of a mile to downtown Grass Valley and about the same to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. We are close to Condon Park which is great for a morning walk or run.
This ADU behind our home is available for bookings of 30 days or more.
1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bathroom with private outdoor, covered deck. This space is fresh & modern. Full kitchen, wireless Internet and Fubo TV for your enjoyment. Butler Place is equipped with central HVAC. We have a laundry room in our home that we will happily share with you at least once a week.
This apartment is located behind our house in Grass Valley. We are a 3/4 mile walk to downtown and 3/4 mile walk to the fairgrounds.
We welcome all quiet and respectful guests. This cottage is not a venue and it is not a place for gatherings. We maintain a strict NO SMOKING policy on the property. If you are a smoker, we kindly ask you do not stay here.

We both love to travel and we both agree that Maui is our favorite place to travel to.

Why they chose this property
I (Justin) grew up here in Grass Valley. I moved away after finishing community college and never thought I would come back. 2012, after selling our home in Houston, we were looking for places to live and I began looking at places for sale in Grass Valley. I wanted to live in town and be walking distance to the downtown area. We found this property and I fell in love with the location. It was a TOTAL gut-job-remodel. All that hard work, blood, sweat and, yes, tears, was worth it.

We LOVE that our place is so close to downtown Grass Valley, the Nevada County Fairgrounds and Condon Park.
