The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This house is alittle dated but checks all the boxes. It has everything listed in the description and would have been the perfect house for our beach vacation. However, it has mold. Our entire group was sick by the time we left and no one was sick before arrival. During the tropical storm their was a leak in the ceiling and you could see where this wasn’t the first time there’s been a problem. Their was mold build up in the bathrooms and rusted fixtures. I understand that storms/flooding/water happens at the beach but that’s why most houses don’t have carpet. When I reported the water damage after the storm the maintenance person didn’t even bring a bucket for the leak or fans to dry the carpet. There was also molding cardboard boxes in the garage that smelled bad.
