Welcome to your home away from home in Grass Valley. Whether you're here for work, play or just want to get away and experience the magic of Grass Valley and Nevada City, you can keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located home. We're happy to host you and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Other things to note
This little abode has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay - think fluffy pillows, WiFi, full kitchen, BBQ and a yard perfect for enjoying the big trees and fresh air.

While the space itself is compact, it’s just down the road from Condon Park with a special playground for little kids, a dog park, skate park and lots of BBQ areas and trails to explore. The popular Nevada County Fairgrounds is a mile away, and shopping, dining, movies and the Center for the Arts are all nearby. Make sure to check out historic Nevada City and our magical rivers while you’re in the area.

Need recommendations? Just ask - I’m always down to share my local favorite spots and things to do during your visit. Grass Valley has so much character and history and I can't wait to help you discover all it has to offer!

Perfect little place

Meeting up with my college roommate from Virginia. It was the perfect little spot to hang out and catch up. We loved downtown Grass Valley, the bars, eateries and shops were awesome.

Diamond in the Rough

We just needed a small place to sleep but found a really sweet little getaway. From the outside it looks old and and rough but you walk into a quaint, simple but sweet and peaceful little home with everything you need. The kids slept on the couches comfortably and begged not to leave! The location was very convenient and easy to navigate. The owner’s communication was outstanding! We will be back!

Great little get away!

Nice little cottage for a getaway. Kind of off the beaten path. Quiet and clean. Owner is very responsive and let us have an early check-in. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 out of five is because the kitchen is relatively old and not very updated. All the essentials are there, but if you’re hoping to do some cooking, it might be challenging. The rest of the cottage is beautifully updated, and warm and welcoming. I’m assuming they will be updating the kitchen at some point.
