Beautiful Ocean Front 3BR Condo on the no drive beach!

Spectacular North corner 3 BR/2BTH ocean front condo located on the NO DRIVE BEACH designed professionally for your enjoyment! Enjoy sitting in our Adirondack chairs on our 2ND FLOOR, CORNER BALCONY overlooking the sun rising on the ocean with your coffee in hand!
Our master en-suite bedroom is also located on the ocean front for sights and sounds of the ocean with a luxurious KING SIZE bed and walk-in closet.
The redfish guest BR has a QUEEN SIZE bed that has private pocket door to the 2nd bathroom making it our 2nd en-suite room.
Our 3rd BR has 2 TWIN beds located at the front of the condo. Each room has their TV systems.
The living area is open and comfortable again with a beautiful corner ocean view. There are spectacular views of the ocean and sky and especially thrilling to incoming storms from the comfort of condo!
Our front screened-in porch is perfect for storing all the beach toys, coolers and chairs. Enjoy our boggy boards, beach chairs (8) and sand toys stored on this very porch!
The kitchen is well equipped for an above average cook and plenty of menus stored in the kitchen drawer for the cooks that are on vacation. The refrigerator has round craft cocktail ice for festive cocktails and a beverage cooler under the bar area for easy access without interfering with the cook!
And last, but not least you will be able to enjoy the sunsets and conversation while doing a little laundry because the stackable W/D is in the closet adjacent to the kitchen island! My favorite place to do laundry!

Nice place right on the beach!

We really enjoyed our time in NSB. The unit had 3 bedrooms all separated enough for privacy, & the dining area & family room was large enough for all 6 of us to sit at once. Being on the second floor we were surprised the ocean view was not blocked by the foliage - and although I'm sure the higher floors offer a better view, for the amount we saved renting this unit compared to others in the building, we were happy with the view. We actually preferred being on the 2nd floor as the elevators were quite slow and we never needed to use them. Also being on the corner of the building we had views out 2 sides of the unit. One real advantage of these corner units is the screened in porch by the front door. The porch was so large and held all of our shoes, beach chairs (which MANY were provided) as well as coolers, etc.. which was a really great way to not bring all the sand into the unit. This is the first time I've been to a beach rental and NOT had to sweep the floor every day to remove all the sand from the unit. Just a few things that I would improve as the owners - the bathroom fan in the hallway bathroom was quite loud - and since we were in the adjacent bedroom, it woke us up a few times if someone went to bed late or woke up early and used the bathroom. The kitchen left a little to be desired - the cabinets had chipped paint from years of use, the refrigerator had rust/stains on the side of it, the cabinets above the counter blocked the view to the dining/family room/outside, there was no pizza cutter (& pizza was a staple food for us that week)! Also the clothes dryer took about 3-4 run cycles to actually dry even just 3 beach towels. We typically had to hang our clothes after a few cycles as the dryer just didn't work great. But all of those were just minor inconveniences and this unit was priced a bit less than other similar units so it wasn't anything that we were going to really get upset over. The unit was really clean it just was a bit outdated in the kitchen. All in all, I'd say this unit was average compared to many of our friend's units in the same building that were there the same week.. but I know we paid a lot less than they did for a 3 bedroom. The owner was really easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this unit. Next time we come to the area we will stay closer to Flagler Ave so the teenagers can walk to more restaurants and shops. This unit is about 4 miles from town.

Great location right on the beach

Perfect location right on the beach with miles to walk in either direction if you love walking the beach. Amazing views from the living room! Short drive to shopping and amenities. Pam was super accommodating and even bought a beach umbrella for us when I asked if she had one!

Very nice condo with a super view!

We enjoyed this condo very much. Pam was very responsive to our needs. Everything that was needed was available in the kitchen, bedrooms, and living area, which had nice TVs. The second floor picture window with great balcony were just wonderful. We had family and friends visit and they admired our choice. We stayed 3 weeks, but will add a week next year.

Fantastic NSB property; right on the ocean

We had a fantastic week! Pam was super helpful both before and during our stay. Very prompt and responsive. The condo itself has comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and linens, loads of bath and beach towels, several beach chairs, and even boogie boards! Having a place this well stocked really helps with packing when we come 19 hours from Michigan! We loved the location, a little further down from shops but still has sidewalks and great beach for walking and running. Pool is beautiful and a great temperature. All appliances work well and the kitchen is well stocked. We created loads of memories this Spring Break and we couldn't have asked for a better property to visit. Thank you!

PRIVATE FEELING + GORGEOUS VIEW

We loved our stay and were especially glad to have chosen this corner unit. Made it seem more private. View was great, beds all comfortable. Too bad it was colder than usual, so swimming and sunning around the pool was not inviting. This area of beach is really great for beach walking--in either direction. Our only wish was to be closer to the town and the cute streets with stores and restaurants, and being able to walk to them and to groc stores. A bike would solve this problem, but bike rentals are also far away. But back to the unit--it was furnished well in regards to the kitchen cooking items and baths. We would rent it again.

Perfect vacation!

Very comfy with everything we needed. Toys for beach and pool was a great surprise. All beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The complex pool was in excellent condition and everyone was super friendly. Definitely would return. Loved the balcony!

A Wonderful Home Away from Home

We held our family reunion here over Christmas, and had a wonderful time. Pam was very enjoyable to work with and always easy to get ahold of. The condo had everything we needed -- beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, washer/dryer, spacious refrigerator, full kitchen, games and puzzles, comfortable furniture, including the deck chairs, nice warm high-pressure showers, reliable Wifi, cable TV, etc., etc. The pool area was enjoyable and the pool was kept at a really nice temperature. We also used the downstairs grill one evening for hamburgers, and it was in excellent working condition. The location was amazing, too. The beach on this end is quiet compared to the traffic area closer to town. Still, we rented bikes for the week and were able to bike into the main area of New Smyrna along the beach, which was always an enjoyable ride. (Be sure to try the burgers at The Breakers!) Only two regrets (which I don't fault the owners for, because we knew what we were getting beforehand): I wish this property had a hot tub and a tennis court. The hot tub we lived without; as avid tennis players, we simply "crashed" several of the numerous courts in the area, and even though they were on other properties, no one ever asked us to leave. Thanks, Pam, for a wonderful time and an unforgettable reunion!

I want to start by saying that the owner is extremely helpful and available. We had a power outage due to a storm, I text her at 9:30 p.m. and she replied right back saying she would take care of it. The condo has tons of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There are plenty of towels, which is always an issue everywhere we have stayed in the past. This is truly a "home" not just a vacation rental. Everything that we needed was there, all we had to do was buy food. We will definitely return!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We had a great time in New Smyrna Beach. The weather could have been warmer, but the town was a lot of fun for New Year's Eve and the accomodations were great. We spent two days visiting Universal Studios in Orlando, which wasn't a bad drive from New Smyrna. The children enjoyed the heated pool and the beach was great for sea shell collecting. We would recommend this condo to a family looking for a low key beach vacation that also makes day trips to Orlando Amusements easy.

Exactly what we wanted and expected!

We are Floridian's who have fairly high expectations of our beach rentals and this place did not disappoint. It was located close enough to restaurants and shopping without being too commercial and crowded. I really enjoyed the fact that it was on the 'no drive' portion of the beach too. The unit was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. It was easy to access even though it is on the second floor. We were actually very happy that it was on the second floor because the view of the beach and ocean was perfect and would not have been had we rented something on the first floor. We didn't have to contact the owner much, but when we did she responded very quickly and was accomodating. The layout if perfect for the mix of people we had allowing for everyone's privacy. The only negative feedback I have is that the kitchen could use some updating, but everything worked fine. The grounds and other units were very quiet but it could have been the time of year when we were there since it was the week of Christmas. I would recommend this unit to my friends for future stays.

Absolutely fabulous!!!

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The condo was perfect, the wrap-around balcony makes the place extra special! The Webbs have thought of EVERYTHING a person could need...boogie boards, awesome beach chairs, towels galore, even an EZ-UP canopy! Many thanks to Pam for offering her home to us...we will return for sure! We made so many special memories during our week on the beach...our family sends love and thanks! Great family spot on the beach

This condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean, a great beach (non-driving), and comfortable place to stay. The second floor location offers convenient access to the beach and the car - down a short flight of steps which was great for the kids - elevator also available. The unit has a very comfortable living/dining room and again - the view! We were there for a month and, as we expected, had some warm days and some chilly ones which was the case everywhere in Florida last season. The kitchen and the bathrooms could use a little updating, but were quite adequate although the kitchen cupboards were nearly filled with dishes and other supplies (a good thing) that it was somewhat challenging to find enough room for groceries. We were having some younger children visit including two toddlers and felt the need to give the unit a deep cleaning before they arrived. We hired a service through the building manager and did some of the work ourselves. The building was being resurfaced on the exterior which was part of the problem. All in all though this is a very comfortable spot for a family vacation. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.
