My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. The fireplace is great, like having a mini Timberline Lodge in your own cabin. The random wall hangers are fun, every time you look around you notice something new. We did have a small issue but Jennifer was very responsive and I am confident that it will be handled in the future.
A wonderful, helpful, and communicative host, and a lovely, warm, and well-cared for cabin in the woods - exactly what we were looking for as a weekend getaway.
The cabin itself has a wonderfully relaxing feel. It was very comfortable, cozy, and completely unplugged from the outside world in the best possible way. But the highlight of every morning was sitting with a coffee by the stream listening to the water run past. Genuinely sublime. The host was kind, communicative, and made the whole experience seamless from booking to checkout. If I am ever out this way again I would book it in a minute.
We absolutely loved our stay at Jenifer’s cabin! She was wonderful to rent from and made everything so easy and welcoming. The cabin itself was beautiful and filled with so many amazing details. You can tell how much thought, time, and care Jenifer has put into making it special. Every time we thought we had seen everything, we would notice another little detail or something unique that surprised us.It truly felt like a special place rather than just a vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Jenifer’s cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!
We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The cabin was beautifully appointed, cozy and very comfortable for our family. Our host, Jennifer, was lovely and answered any questions we had during our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
Our 3rd stay at Henry Creek Cabin and we highly recommend! Jenifer is a terrific host. She is extremely responsive and the entire process from booking / arrival prep to check out has been seamless each time.
Very cozy place to stay near Mt Hood. Host was very attentive and helpful before and during the stay. Wish we had gone when there were no fire restrictions but we always have next time!
Magical! Absolutely everything you would hope for when looking for a mountain cabin vacation. Feels so warm and inviting, and both the inside and outside are so beautiful. Plus it’s a short trip up to the mountain for skiing/snowboarding. The host is incredibly kind and a great communicator! Very highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful stay! The owner/manager was fantastic and quite helpful. The location was fantastic....a home/cabin tucked into the forest. Beds were comfortable. Overall truly great weekend stay!
Such a peaceful and beautiful place. My husband and I had a great relaxing time at this cabin for his bday weekend. Would definitely come back with the family. Jennifer was great as well, was always just a text or a phone call away to help!
Our family had a terrific 2nd stay at Henry's cabin. We love our first visit last year and came back this year. The home is stocked with everything you need for a weekend with family, has plenty of room, and located on a picturesque property in Rhododenron.
Everything was flawless! The owner was sweet and accommodating. The home is so so cozy and generously equipped with everything you’ll need. The creek flows into a little waterfall right outside the front door. The beds are deliciously comfortable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend staying here.
Stayed for a weekend on the mountain with family. The cabin was beautiful, cozy and perfect for both adults & kids. Jenifer is a terrific host and went over and above to ensure our stay and checkin/out was great.
Jenifer is so accommodating and welcoming! This was the most magical visit for our family and we will be continuing a new family tradition! It’s well stocked, clean, cozy and full of so many charming details. It has all the appliances you need and Jenifer is so quick to get back to you if you have any questions. I recommend this place 100%!
It was a beautiful property with a ton of mountain charm, the creek is a nice touch and there is ample parking. The kids loved exploring the property and all the bedding/amenities were top-notch. High-quality cabin that is family-friendly and you are 20 minutes from Government camp so it's ideal for a weekend retreat.
The cabin is beautiful. It’s an historic property and it is evident that the owners take such pride in their home! The original rock fireplace is the perfect place to sit on a cold stormy night.
This property is special. The lodge is beautiful, and the stream that cuts through creates a one of a kind serene mountain experience. We hope to come back many many times.
Our stay was unforgettable. We enjoyed the cabin, creek, fireplace. Played in the snow and snowshoed for the 1st time. The host was great to work with and very responsive. I would recommend spending your vacation here.
This was truly an amazing cabin that we are already excited to visit again. There is a relaxing creek just steps from the porch with a really nice rustic gazebo. The beds were comfortable and the inside was decorated with some really fun cabin decor. 10/10!!
We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, as well as the surrounding area. The creeks in the back gave a peaceful environment. The communication with the host was comfortable, like an old friend. Wit was worth every dollar and we can’t wait to visit again!!!
