This house was amazing! It was perfectly quiet & nestled away in the mountains, yet close to downtown to be able to go explore & shop. The trails behind the house were a great addition. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The screened porch was my favorite place! The hosts were fantastic and were able to help us out when needed and were very accommodating! If we find our way up in Black Mountain again we for sure will be staying here!

Adorable mountain house

The house was decorated very cute and was very spacious. We had plenty of rooms for our group. The town of Montreat is very nice. The host was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and a maintenance man arrived within the hour. We would recommend this house if you are looking for a place for a girls trip or for a family getaway.

The return to Montreat exceeded our expectations. This house is nestled in the trees with a fabulous screened porch- you can hear the creek and it’s an easy walk down for rock hopping. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Black Mountain shops are packed with beautiful art and souvenirs and the restaurants are excellent. This is the house you need for a quiet, peaceful connection with family and friends. We’ll be back.
