Our family of 9 stayed at the cabin for a long winter holiday weekend. The home was very clean and tidy. Entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved the central location of this cabin - so close to EVERYTHING. Easy drive way to park in. The kitchen was stocked with all the plates/bowls, cups, and cookware you could need. Minimal spices just FYI. Some things we made note as we compare this house other rentals we have stayed at: no extra blankets for couch cuddles for a cold house, no extra towels-there was exactly one towel per person and a couple of wash cloths. The last thing was, coming up on a winter evening, we walked into a 42 degree home. I understand if the home has been empty it would be on the chilly side - it took over 3 hours to get the house to a 60 degree temp, and we were still so cold (no extra blankets). It seems the TSTAT is capped between 60-65, which is on the cold side for our family/kiddos. Other than that, the host was great, the house layout is great, the fireplace was awesome, and we made some core memories with our family.
