Fabulous location - amazing view. Peaceful, quiet and very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay here. Only negative was a very slow wi-fi. But we weren't working so it was not a big deal to us. Highly recommend otherwise.

The couch leg was broken, the patio door handle was broken. The master bath was nasty. The towel bar in the master bath was broken. It seemed to us that the cleaning people did not vacuum all the floors (especially under tables and such. I will use VRBO again but would not stay in this unit. The location was awesome but the cleanliness (which is very important to be and my family) was terrible.

Great beach getaway

Beautiful views, very clean property. Gated parking garage that included easy access to stairs or elevator was also nice feature.The only items that may could be improved would possibly adding a wand attachment to walk-in shower & more comfortable couch.Were given multiple codes in which some were a little confusing as to what they were for until we got there, only had to use two.Would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

Perfect location

Overall great stay! Location is perfect, condo is perfect with decor and size. Only issue was not receiving the code for the door and no phone number to call to get the code listed in the emails. While searching at 7pm, we were lucky enough to have one of the cleaning crew walk by and ask and helped us get in. Will be staying in this building again next year.

This is an older building and condo but it’s been partially updated. It’s very cute and clean. The beach in front isn’t busy at all. There’s no beach service there, but we called one and they had chairs and an umbrella there within 30 mins. White, sandy beach. We will be back!

As pictured. Our stay at the property was on point. All the necessities of home. Comfortable adjustible bed. All you need is your food and drinks. Beach view; distance to walk to beach approximately 1000 ft. Garage parking.

2024 Florida Trip

Because we are both 83 steps don’t like us. The elevator was most appreciated. The dolly in the garage was a godsend. This Unit is the best equipped of any we have rented in the last 15 years. Probably the best decorated too. Highly Recommend.
