Breezy Palms Villa, which is set on the picturesque Chalk Sound, is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property (sleeps up to 12 - additional charges apply above 8) which has all of the modern amenities such as a separate game room (with a pool table, kitchen/bar area, and TV) but the feature of this villa is the infinity pool looking out at the pristine waters of the Chalk Sound National Sanctuary. This protected environment doesn't allow for motor craft, but feel free to kayak, windsurf or paddle board in these waters.
Breezy Palms Villa is fully landscaped, and of course surrounded by local Palm trees. There is a private one bedroom unit with it’s own terrace and spectacular view.
Amenities include a large gourmet kitchen, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout. Entertainment center (incl. LED TV, DVD, stereo etc.), pool table, wet bar, free wireless internet and long distance calls.
A rental car is a must, as you are staying in a quiet residential community, with a ten minute drive you can be in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, art shops and water sports await you.
Everything from the beginning of your holiday when you step off the plane and meet your Breezy Palms Representative who will escort you to your villa for orientation and who will be available throughout your stay. It is important to us that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself and have the holiday to remember... and return to.

Since purchasing the property in October 2014 Island Escapes has been busy improving what was already a great property. The signature element of this property is the infinity edge pool. Customer service is just as important as the property so I immediately went out to search for the absolute best. I am excited to have Island Escapes caring for our guests and property (Dinesh is fantastic!). Once you step off the plane we will take care of everything. Why they chose this property

I love the excitement of Providenciales, but I appreciate privacy as well. Breezy Palms is located in a residential area, this means very little tourist traffic and a more 'real' experience of Provo. With a rental car you can experience the world famous Grace Bay beaches within a 10-15 minute drive, or the tranquil Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches which are 5 minutes away but you always have a private oasis to come back to. Chalk Sound is unique in Provo as it is a National Sanctuary. You have the opportunity to look from your villa and see NOTHING but nature. Uninhabited cays dot the water, with the infinity pool and looking out at the sound, you really feel like you are in heaven. I love this villa, perfect for parties, perfect for quiet relaxation, close to everything but privacy is assured. With a rental car you can experience the entire island including the world's third largest reef, scuba, snorkeling it is all at your fingertips, and then... back home to peace and tranquility.

What makes this property unique

The infinity pool is a favorite place for me to relax. Also the Jacuzzi tub located in the master bathroom is great to unwind in, I simply like sitting on my terrace watching the palms sway with a good book. If you want to experience the fabulous views, there is nowhere else to be. But for others...The games room will keep everyone happy, and with local phone and internet access, there are no worries about communication. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, but also if you want to enjoy the current temperature just has the ceiling fans running throughout.
