Oceanfront Beach Cottage in Topsail Beach - Now Pet Friendly!

A quaint little oceanfront property for those who enjoy traditional beach cottages with lots of charm. Shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier are just a short walking distance from the house. You’ll mostly enjoy the wide span of shoreline that provides plenty of beach space between the dune and the water.

Dot's Spot offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 2 Queens, a Double, and 2 Twins.

Please note: Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Great location for kids

We enjoyed our stay, very peaceful, and we loved how we could just walk out to the beach and sit on the back deck and listen to the waves at night. There’s so much to do for kids close by also. The house did get warm during the day, even with the AC running. It reached 83 degrees at one point. Thank God for the fans. It’s had a lot of upgrades but could still use a few more. No lighting on the back deck. I had to replace some light bulbs upon arrival. Stove, Refrigerator and some pieces of furniture could use an upgrade. Over all, it was a nice stay. Lewis Realty left us some essentials when we arrived and that was great. We’ll most likely be back!

Nice and cozy home ! Only thing is a beach access next to home, so a lot of traffic. Would recommend. Great time !

Fun trip!

Simple home that has just about everything you need for a week at the beach. We had a great time here! Public beach walk is directly next to the house and a bit crowded on weekend days. Bring a laundry basket because you have to go outside to get to the laundry room and it would be easier with a basket.

Sweet house

This is a sweet little beach house. Not fancy but very comfortable and dog friendly. South Topsail is nice. Be prepared to drive about 6-7 miles to get to groceries etc. bc south end is a bit of a hike. But all in all great. This house is also right beside an access way, just FYI.
