About this property
100A - 1BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl
Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room and 40" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals.
