This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime. There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and friends stayed at this property for five nights and it was a perfect location, as well as very comfortable for all of us to have our own rooms (each with our own temperature control!)
