This is a wonderful place to stay in NYC! Our third time here, the hosts are wonderful, location by Penn Station in Madison Square Garden is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to Times Square. Huge place, six bedrooms, two bathrooms. We love it here.

There are a lot of excellent things to highlight with this property and I will start with the host. The host of this property is attentive and proactive. The property is one of the only that is this central with 5 bedrooms. For the level of care and space you can not beat the price.

I will absolutely Not recommend We (My family) checked in on July 29, 2026, and stayed for only one night. By the following morning, my children had multiple painful bites that which we suspect were bedbug bites. We took pictures and sent to the host. The host responded passively at first after receiving the pictures, he stopped responding to us. Being ignored for such a health concern regarding your child is alarming and unbelievable. I have attached the pictures for all to see.I will not recommend this property until it’s professionally approved that’s free from bed bugs

6 bedrooms & 2 full baths - perfect for our extended family - several adults, and teenage children. The location was amazing. Many places to eat near by, grocery store a few blocks away, and multiple easily accessible subway within easy walking distance. If you like to walk, you can really get anywhere from here! The place was very clean. Each room was equipped with its own air conditioner - helpful for the different ages. There were a few bits that need to be fixed (dishwasher, toilet paper dispenser), but we had everything we needed - including a washing machine and drier. I would definitely recommend.

This place is great, we stay here every time we come to New York. The owners are very helpful, very attentive. Check-in and check-out process works great. Location is an easy walk to Times Square and right next to Penn Station. It’s in a good neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. I would stay here over a hotel anytime. We just booked our third visit.

The location cannot be beat! Close to the subway and the Garden. Right in mid-town. By Manhattan standards, it was spacious, though three of the beds are full size and not queen size. It is clear that this is a well used space and could use a bit of TLC after so many guests. There are steps to get to the bathrooms, so do not rent if you cannot do a couple of steps. The city is loud and bright and the curtains do not block that out at all.

Apartment was roomy and worked well for our family. We were 3 generations. The grandparents and one sibling stayed in the apartment. The other sibling stayed around the corner in an hotel (there for a shorter stay). They came over to be with the group and for meals. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Each room in the apartment had its own air conditioning unit which helped. The bathrooms only had showers, but that was OK for us. Light switches were in strange places, but we eventually figured it out. There was one light that was out; Kaz said he would fix it before the next renter. We hope he does. We had trouble finding things: the laundry soap was in the kitchen not by the washer. We found it after we bought laundry soap (we were told we would be reimbursed). The kitchen had lots of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware (with 9 people, that helped!). There were pots and pans and utensils so we could cook meals.All in all, this was what we needed for a week in NYC with the multigenerational family. No stairs into unit for the old ones. Elevator was funky but worked. Would stay again if we decide to meet in NYC again.

Great find, convenient location to see all of downtown with enough bedrooms for the whole family. Check-in/out was easy. Room temperatures can vary but the portable AC units came in useful. We had a great time

There was great communication from the beginning. The location was central which made getting anywhere easy! Penn Station is super close and Times Square was a quick walk. We love that all 5 of our girls, ages 14-22, had their own room and space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.
