Guest Access

Guests will access the condo using a smart lock. The door code will be provided on check-in day around 4:00 PM.

Three parking passes will be inside the condo when guests arrive. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or commercial vehicles are allowed at this property.

Booking Requirements

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the condo.

This property has local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold. This is not a traditional security deposit; it is a pending transaction only.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, guests may choose to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $44.

To make this process simple, we use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. You do not need to download an app or create an account. Happy Guest also provides access to a guest portal with home information and local recommendations.

Linens, Towels & Starter Supplies

Unlike a hotel, daily linen service is not provided. Linens and towels are washed off-site between stays, and laundry detergent is provided for guest convenience.
