Heavenly Lake View Home, HotTub/Pool Table/Ping Pong/Foosball/NBA Jam - 10 max
Located in Stateline right off Kingsbury Grade, our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with National Forest land directly across the street - perfect for hiking and sledding. The house is 3800+ sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms split over 2 levels. Our home is less than 5 minutes from the casinos, 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort (both NV and CA lifts), and less than 10 minutes from Safeway. The home has a pool table w/ ping pong tabletop as well as a foosball table & NBA Jam.
Our home is a spacious 5BR/3.5BA located in middle Kingsbury. The main living area has large screen LCD TV with Blu-Ray player. There is also a separate family room downstairs with us own LCD tv and Blu-ray player. We also have a classic Nintendo for your entertainment.
We just added a new smaller 4 person hot tub on the back deck to allow a place to relax after a long day of skiing. It is placed within our solarium to help prevent noise issues and also allows it to double as a sauna.
The kitchen has custom built-in appliances with a double wall oven. There are plenty of seating options for big groups. The kitchen/dining area has access to the expansive back deck and partial lake views.
There is lots of fun for all with a pool table and a tornado foosball table. A ping pong table top can be used on the pool table. There is also a 4 player NBA jam arcade machine for our guests to enjoy.
We have an office with 2 good sized desks for those that are looking to work while on vacation. We also have a small library of books for those that like to read and board games for those that like to play.
We have enough beds for each guest to have their own bed. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Primary Bedroom - CalKing
Main Floor Bedroom 1 - Queen
Main Floor Bedroom 2 - T/T T/T bunk beds
Lower Floor Bedroom 1 - Queen
Lower Floor Bedroom 2 - T + T/T bunk bed
Lower Floor Family Room - Futon
We have 4 televisions located in the living room, family room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The TV's do not have Cable. However, each TV/BluRay combination (one or both) has streaming app capabilities (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.).
NOTE: There are 4 exterior cameras on the property. They cover the entryways and are located in the garage, outside the front door, the back deck, and the downstairs back door. There are 2 locked areas that guests will not have access to which are used to store supplies.
Douglas County VHR Regulations
- Visitors must adhere to the nighttime maximum number of ten (10) occupants and daytime maximum number of twenty (20) occupants at all times. Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited.
- Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles in the garage and paved driveway areas. Guests must display issued parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of each vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
- Noise in violation of the county ordinance is prohibited at all times.
- Quiet hours are between 9:00PM to 8:00AM and will be strictly enforced.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return any furniture, games, or recreation equipment to their original location.
If BBQ was used, make sure to shut off valve to propane tank.
Set downstairs and upstairs thermostats to 63℉. DO NOT TURN OFF heaters during the Fall and Winter seasons. Make sure all portable space heaters are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The home is spacious and we have filled it with fun activities for family, friends, and our guests. Also, our home is located right between both california and nevada sides of Heavenly Ski Resort. We like going to nevada side because it's much less crowded.
