- THE UNIT -
Step into this spacious (1400 SF) condo and you will immediately feel relaxed. The first thing you will notice is the mesmerizing oceanfront view from the first of the two large private balconies - perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.
Decorated with a coastal beach vibe, the condo has been fully renovated with a large open concept kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. It is fully stocked so you can prepare meals if you wish. The kitchen overlooks an open dining and living room where you can sit down for dinner or relax on the comfortable couches and watch a show or movie on the 65" TV.
There are 3 very spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a memory foam King bed, oceanfront private balcony, flatscreen TV, En-suite with shower and walk in closet. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, direct oceanfront views, flatscreen TV and a closet. The second guest bedroom as two Twin beds, flatscreen TV and a closet.
The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms, a washer and dryer and is fully stocked with linens and towels.

The Spanish Main building is conveniently located steps from downtown Cocoa Beach, very close to shops, restaurants and of course, right on the beach. There is a large heated pool (visible from the dining room & kitchen).
There are so many local attractions nearby for all ages including Ron Jons Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, Kennedy Space Center, golf, Brevard Zoo, all sorts of beach activities and much more! Disney is also only 45 minutes away.

Nice beachfront condo. Good appliances, decent furniture, and perfect access to the beach and the surrounding area.A great breakfast/coffee shop you can walk to in the morning. Our only complaint would be the small size of the master bathroom. We'd stay again if we were back in the area.

Spanish Main 68 was great we very much enjoyed out stay. Everything was as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach views, close to everything in Cocoa beach. our only gripe (if it is one) is that the pillows were lacking and we would have brought our own. Other than that, 100 % recommend

A True Oasis

Our family of 5 has stayed at Spanish Main during our spring break week for 3 of the past 4 years, all of those times we used a Happy Palms unit. For the most part we've had great experiences, but this trip was a bit disappointing. I chose a more expensive beach-facing unit for the views, yet when we arrived one of the living room windows was boarded up. I contacted HP and they eventually sent someone to open it, but for the first 3 days our view was obstructed. After it was uncovered we also learned that we could not open it without the screen falling out. A much bigger issue came a few days later when we started to smell what seemed like natural gas in the unit. I called HP right away to see if someone should come check for a gas leak. As it turns out, the unit right below us (also managed by HP) had been scheduled for bug extermination during our stay and the chemical smell was leaking into our unit thru the vents. We were told it should be safe, but it definitely didn't smell safe (even after opening all the windows), so we had to leave for the day until the smell dissipated. How we weren't warned about this is beyond me. The last issue came at 4:30 AM the next morning when one of the smoke detectors went off for no reason. No smoke or fire anywhere. Scared my family half to death. I'm going to assume it was from the chemical fumes from downstairs, but not sure. The unit itself was very nice and the view (once uncovered) was amazing. Hopefully HP does better next time.

This condo was the perfect location for rest and relaxation. The condo was outfitted with everything one would need to stay for a week.There are three generously sized bedrooms..We only used two of them. The bedrooms we used were both oceanfront. One of the had a balcony
