Excellent value for long stay in Palm Springs

An excellent property very close to downtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The apartment itself is clean and well kept, with all the comforts of home. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location equipped with all you need!

I stayed at John’s property for 3 months and it made my stay extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything I could have imagined needing and more, wonderful pool and very nice neighbors. The location is perfect, tucked away from busy streets in a quiet area but a quick walk to grab coffee or a bite to eat. Close to downtown.

Everything we needed. Close to downtown and trails in the foothills. Very nice pool area. Community BBQ's and patio area. The condo is comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. We would stay here again.

Best stay ever!

Very neat, clean, and spacious. This condo was very comfortable and incuded EVERYTHING you might need. Great communication with owner and manager of property. Pool is huge and there is a great shaded sitting area by hot tub and gas grills. Can not say enough about my stay here.

I really enjoyed staying at this location! I was living alone and it worked perfectly for me. The apartment complex was always clean and the apartment’s owner was very nice as well as easy to get a hold of.

Great Location

Excellent location and incredible view of mountain. Very well equipped rental. Check-in process could be a bit clearer.

I have a new manager and we are working on better check in procedures, but it helps if the renter shows up at the correct address and has a working cell phone. We were waiting at the property but the renter somehow arrived at another address.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s condo! John was helpful and always available when needed, and the location was amazing - right near groceries, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Palm Springs getaway

We spent a busy 30 days at this comfortable and well equipped VRBO condo, about a mile from down town Palm Springs. John, the owner was most accommodating and I would recommend this very reasonable condo to anyone want a more extended stay in Palm Springs.

Best Of Palm Springs

This property was an incredible find. The location was the best. Clean condo, great pools and friendly guests and unit owners. We hated to leave this well stocked (just bring your toothbrush) condo. The amenities are great, the owner very communicative and friendly.

Great location - comfortable condo!

The condo is well appointed, with a very comfy bed & we'll stocked kitchen. The complex has a lovely heated pool & spa. The best part was the location. Palm Springs is one of our very favorite places We are walkers & we're able to walk downtown and for groceries. Hope to be back.

Fabulous!

This is my second time staying at this property and I couldn't be more sad to leave! The condo is lovely, and expertly decorated and equipped. The owner is most accommodating! The community is welcoming, and the surrounding environs are spectacular! I can only hope that I have the opportunity to stay again...
