We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The host was super helpful and responsive. Check in was easy. We loved having a parking spot and being able to walk to the college and into town. Although we were close to everything it was quite at the house. We could get to many great restaurants and shopping options only a few walking blocks away. Many beautiful beaches were a quick drive from the house. We would definitely stay again!

Such a great property! It’s close enough to be walkable to everything, but just far enough so you don’t have to deal with too many people or traffic. Excellent stay and we will definitely be coming back!

This cozy house sits on a quiet street and is also within walking distance of the Old City gates. The home is spacious, clean, with a split bedroom layout and parking, which is a nice benefit. Sandy was gracious and easy to reach. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency, and Sandy was very accommodating during our family crisis. We hope to return and fully enjoy the holiday magic that St. Augustine is known for.

The home is lovely, very clean and quiet. The hosts were informative and clear in their communication and the stay was effortless. For location, it was easy for myself and my 12 yo daughter to walk to shops and restaurants on St.George St. However, for older or younger, it is likely too far, especially if they have issues with heat/sun. If driving, everything is just minutes away.
