Welcome to 706 Pilgram Plaza, a charming Split Level home just blocks from Delaware Bay. This updated vacation rental offers easy access to beach activities and boasts a main floor with an open living space, kitchen, and dining area leading to a deck, fenced backyard, fire pit, pool, and Jacuzzi. Pool is open June through September. The hot tub is open year round. Three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub are just five stairs up, while an additional living/sleeping space, another full bath with a shower, and laundry facilities are five stairs down. The garage provides games, 2 adult bikes, and storage for beach gear. Cleaning Fee of $250 on all bookings. Owner will consider a dog based upon size and breed for a $150 pet fee for 1st dog and $100 pet fee for second dog per week. Fantastic getaway!

We loved the house, it was so welcoming & decorated with beach vibes! The location ended up being incredible since we were introduced to the Cape May Ferry. It was close enough to hop on for a wonderful memory. The hot tub was such a plus for us too!

This house was very accommodating for our family of 11. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The manager lived next door and was kind and quick to resolve a few minor issues. The games in the garage were a hit with the 4 yr old. We had a truly lovely stay.
