Expected to have an ocean view from the window, it was a parking lot, you could see the ocean from the deck. Great path to the beach. Easy check in and liked a key pad as opposed to a key to the room!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the room for our anniversary getaway. Ashley was such a joy to work with. Can't wait to go back. The room is a little small but perfect for a couple. Plenty of room for us.

Right on the water, private beach access. Can walk to nearby restaurant and bars. >10 minute drive to anything else. Most importantly lovely hosts and clean room.

The best bang for your buck in AB

We had an absolutely wonderful time here for our weeklong vacation. It’s one flight of stairs and maybe one hundred steps between the front door and the beach, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Everything in the room was well-stocked and very comfortable. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent stay

This place has everything!! It is clean, comfy and convenient to the beach, shopping and food. The owners have taken extra care to think of everything one may need during their stay. Plenty of towels, extra linens, cleaning supplies, hangers, along with clear directions for check in/out procedures. I VERY much enjoyed my stay and will be back!!

Mini Weekend Getaway

The Ocean Sands condo/property in Atlantic Beach was perfect for our weekend getaway! The condo was adorable and perfectly sized for what we needed! We traveled between Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort, NC wedding planning with our son and soon to be daughter-in-law! I would highly recommend this property! The property hosts were amazing!

Ocean Sands Condo

We enjoyed the condo and the stay very much. We were very familiar with the Atlantic Beach area, and we had a very good time walking the beach and relaxing by the pool. All the amenities we could ask for was here. The condo itself was nice; a bit small, but it had everything we needed. It was clean and bright, which is important to us. The one thing I would request is that they put the unit number on the door. With good directions and the process of elimination we figured out which unit it was, but having numbers on the door would help a lot.
