About this property
Beachy & Spacious Home in Carp
Enjoy this beachy and spacious home that sits less than 1 mile from Santa Clause Beach and downtown Carpinteria, and a 12 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara. The home boasts tall cathedral ceilings with lots of natural sunlight, 65 inch flat screen TV, an outdoor fire pit to enjoy under the stars, a bbq grill, outdoor dining table, and generous backyard space. Your pets are more than welcome to our home with a 75$ pet fee per pet.
The space includes 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, an outdoor fire pit with chairs to enjoy under stars, 65 inch flat screen tv with movie streaming, generous backyard, outdoor dining table and big cathedral ceilings. There is a complimentary washer and dryer for your use.
Access through gate and keypad on the front door.
The home is located adjacent to the 101 freeway but is very well insulated with a newly constructed concrete wall and dual pane windows throughout the home. Freeway noise is slim to none when indoors. No parties allowed. Parking is available for one car in the driveway, which is shared with the owner.

Transient Occupancy Tax-12%. Included in the VRBO rate.

Great Spot in Carp
We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!
