Great location. Property manager was easily accessible and helpful. House was clean and have Everything we needed. Try Nord’s Bakery across the street for awesome donuts.
The house was like new inside and very clean . We felt very comfortable there and we loved the Donut Shop. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Kentucky. Thank you
I wanted something with easy access to whiskey row and was intrigued by the bakery and coffee shop across the street. It was what we needed for a weekend trip for adults.

So glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for staying with us!
The location was easy to find. House was very clean. Checkout very easy. Only wish we could have been there longer as we were probably there only from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am as we were working the NFMS. Close proximity to the show and we did have to splurge on the donuts across the street

Aren't those donuts the BEST?! Thank you so much for staying with us, we hope you will be back!
This is a very nice property. Two separate bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to use and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room would comfortably sit 4 people. We had a fun morning sitting on the front porch drinking coffee and watching people purchase donuts at the bakery across the street. And the donuts are excellent! Even took a dozen home. The location was perfect as we were there to see our horse run at Churchill Downs. Close to the track, the Museum, the Backside. Will definitely hope to stay here again.
The house was neat and clean. The house is located on a high traffic, extremely busy street. If you are looking for a "retreat" with peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. My husband suffers from PTSD. He is very sensitive to certain sounds and the street noise (cars zooming by, loud mufflers, fireworks, car doors slamming, etc) caused anxiety and sleeplessness.Additionally, the sheer curtains on the front glass door created a safety and security issue for him. You can see inside the house from the street and outside the house to the street at night. We were scheduled to stay Friday-Monday (June 19-22) but we left in the middle of the night on Sunday morning (Father's Day) due to my husband's anxiety in the house. The host will communicate with you as long as you are not inquiring about a refund. The host is aware of the street noise because they stated the house had white noise devices during our email communication. However, the street noise and house location is not written in the description to allow you to make a more informed decision to reserve the house.I had to file a credit card dispute for a refund for Sunday night because the host doesn't feel my husband's mental health warrants a full refund for Sunday. Best wishes to all who reads this.Hari Om

We always want our guests to feel safe and secure and regret that these guests were not comfortable in the home. The property is located in a lively neighborhood with several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and is advertised as such. The property has replacement windows, blown-in insulation, and white noise machines are provided to address potential noise-issues. But if normal street noise is an issue for a future guest, a more rural or remote property may be better suited.
