Take your coffee outside, settle into an Adirondack chair with a book, or watch the evening light cross the peaks from the sofa. Contemporary furnishings and a marble-encased fireplace give the grand space a warm, inviting center.

After a day outdoors, slip into the private hot tub, unwind in the sauna or challenge someone to a game of pool. Our hot tub was replaced in September 2026. There are games for evenings together, quiet nooks for a little time to yourself, and two living areas so everyone can settle into their own rhythm.

3. Gather beautifully, inside and out

Start breakfast while someone fills the coffee cups, gather around the kitchen bar as dinner comes together, then carry a drink out to the deck for the evening light. Dual refrigerators, an induction cooktop, a nugget ice machine and a stocked coffee station make cooking at home a pleasure. Six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with luxury linens from HiEnd Accents and Paseo Road waiting at the end of the day. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The study serves as both an office and a sleeping space. A Pack-and-Play and highchair are available on request; please bring your own Pack-and-Play bedding.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy the home's guest living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, decks, private hot tub and sauna. Parking includes a two-car garage and three additional outdoor spaces. Arrival details are provided before your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
🚙 Mountain arrival: The approach follows steep, winding mountain roads. AWD/4WD with snow tires is required November through May. Follow the arrival directions provided before your stay.

🔥 Winter comfort: The home and bedrooms are heated. The large glass living areas can feel cooler, so pack warm layers, socks and slippers for cozy evenings with a view.

🌬️ Summer cooling: There is an AC unit in the main living room and portable fans throughout; the home does not have central AC. Heat-sensitive guests may prefer dates outside the hottest weeks of late July and August.

🛗 Getting between floors: This is a multilevel home with stairs. The elevator is unavailable; guests must be able to use stairs.
