This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean, its decor is beautiful and it has so much space. It has everything you need in the kitchen, stocked bathrooms and a huge kitchen seating area. There are two spacious living rooms. There were only 3 of us but this place would be perfect for two families traveling together or a group. My daughter and her friend had a blast in the hot tub. The hosts left easy to follow care for everything and are responsive and kind. They do not have a HUGE list of check out chores, very simple requests. We felt safe and comfortable here as well. We will definitely stay here again!

My family (my husband, two kids, and my mom) loved this property when we stayed for 3 nights over fall break! It looks just like the photos and was nice and spacious. It was centrally located for our trip as it is about 30 minutes to Bearizona and Snowbowl and between 10-15 minutes into downtown. Although it was a little too chilly to check out, there is a playground on the next street. We were surprised to find a wide variety of games for all ages, which my family enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had leftover seasonings and oils available. Chris and Cameron were friendly and very responsive to inquiries! The only thing we were a little bummed about was the firepit was not working (we were going to make smores :)), but it may have just been a propane issue and we weren’t aware of a spare tank on the property. That aside, my four-year-old absolutely loved the hot tub, which was great for the cold nights. We have not stayed in Flagstaff before, but this was one of our best rental experiences overall! We would not hesitate to book this property the next time we are in town!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Very close to stores and downtown Flagstaff. The home was very clean with cool decor and had everything one may need for an amazing stay! Highly recommend and cant wait to come back. Thank you to the hosts!

Very Lovely Home, Great Location

We had a great stay. This home is decorated very nice! Comfy beds, nice kitchen, quiet neighborhood. It is close to town. Loved the jacuzzi! Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Flagstaff! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever experienced—and you can tell it’s been professionally decorated with great attention to detail. The layout is fantastic: spacious, well-designed, and perfect for both relaxing and spending time together as a group.The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after long days of exploring. The hot tub was brand new, very clean, and such a great bonus—definitely a highlight of our stay. The home itself feels very safe and is located in a newer, quiet area, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind.We would absolutely stay here again (we didn’t want to leave the first time) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Flagstaff area!

Snow Weekend

The house was warm and inviting. The neighborhood quiet and relaxing. We truly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the proximity to downtown and the forest to play in the snow.

Sedona/Grand Canyon Hub

This property worked out great for our family which consisted of 4 adult kids and Mom and Dad. Our plan was to use Flagstaff as our jump-off point for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon. The location is of the beaten path if your focus is Flagstaff, but it worked great for our purposes.The property lacks a BBQ which was a surprise. also missing some basics like wine glasses, but we made due.The pricing on VRBO changed while booking. Original pricing didn't include VRBO fee and was added later in the transaction which was not cool.
