We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is modern and very clean. The furnishings are lovely and the amenities were well stocked. All communications with the host were pleasant and prompt.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay. Enjoyed the convenience of restraunts within walking distance. Only a 15-20 minute drive to comal tubes, Landa park and Gruene. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Area and Pool wonderful!

The area is great with lots of shopping and restaurants. We loved the modern design and the pool! A coffee shop, ice cream shop and Mexican restaurant is right across the street and all were enjoyed by my family.

Very nice condo. Gave a 4 star because there were dirty dishes in sink, sliding door doesn't lock and need to add some drapes or blackout blinds in bedrooms to reduce all the light at night. Otherwise nice condo and good location for us when visiting kids.

Perfect stay for our F1 weekend at COTA! The unit was very clean, modern, and well equipped. It was located on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Walking distance to many restaurants and just a few minute drive to abundant shopping and many more dining options. It was a perfect choice and we would definitely recommend!

Very chic place

Really nice property, best place we've stayed in New Braunfels. Well appointed kitchen, clean and modern appliances. Bathroom had lots of space. Bed was very firm, but comfortable. Pillows a bit flat for my preference. Our unit was on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator, which was nice for carrying luggage in and out. I appreciate the gated parking and the designated parking spots, so our car was safe and we always had somewhere to park. Would definitely stay again next time we visit New Braunfels.

Couldn’t have been better.,,

We come to Texas alot to see family and always end up a little farther than we would like. Location was spot on for us! Not only that you have like a 3 minute drive to alot of big box stores and restaurants like you working believe! If you are a Bucces fan it’s right down the street. Location aside. Beautiful condo! Very clean and well stocked!!! Master Bath is huge!! Two bedrooms/two full bathrooms, spacious for two people. We loved it and this will definitely be our goto from now on!!! Didn’t go into the pool but that looked super nice too. Very quiet. What I would recommend is a blind on the window at the front door. People can easily see in but that is minimal. Thank you for a great stay!!

Location was great. Host needs to update binder in condo for communication with host or update to contact host only in Vrbo app. House keeping needs improvement a dirty bloody spare pillow in the closet is NOT sanitary in any form. Comforter in primary had brown dirt stain visibly hadn’t been washed for a long time. Pool was dirty. The place has potential just needs attention.
