This unique, modern, cabin style home built in 2023 is nestled in the woods on 2 acres close to downtown Athens and Normal Town. Perfect for a gameday retreat or a longer stay while visiting or vacationing in The Classic City. A full kitchen with all the amenities as well as a Weber grill on the large covered patio create the perfect atmosphere to relax or entertain in a beautiful, secluded, nature rich setting while just being minutes from restaurants, shopping, and UGA. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 loft bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine for added convenience. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, our quaint house is the perfect retreat. We are dog lovers so your pets are welcome here.
