Parking was great. We always had a spot. It’s so close to Crown Point Park at the bay…lovely! Very large living room. The kitchen table was placed in front of built in cabinets and left little room to sit down. Area rugs need replaced. Cleaning them isn’t enough. Needs sweeping under beds (dusty). We would have appreciated dressers for clothes in our bedroom along with thicker mattresses. There was an issue in the kitchen on one corner under the cabinets with termites so hopefully they’ve been eradicated. Loved having a washer and dryer!

Loved the stay and would happily return. Great location with easy access to all major attractions and airport. Having parking was essential for us and the until was very well equipped. This second floor unit has great wifi & tv connections with lots of air conditioning. Thanks Brandon.

I over all loved our stay but the only thing is neighbors were intoxiced and extremely loud making a mess outside with a suitcase n leaving it out there. Besides that i absolutely loved the place the area was great easy to get to everything most definitely would stay here again

Cute little stay! We had 3 teens 13,14,15, and had enough room to spread out. Misconception on the couches, we thought they were pull out but ended up using the air mattresses. Very close to bars, restaurants, easy walk to the bay, would highly recommend to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and quick with communications. He was also very accommodating to a couple special requests. The apartment was nice and had all the necessities. Would definitely stay again.

Hello- never written a negative review before. after a long day of travel we walked in and after seeing crumbs and ants on kitchen counter and crumbs in cabinets- we left and found a hotel. Contacted the owner and showed him pictures of kitchen counter tops. He asked why we didn’t give him a chance to resend cleaners. Explained it was late we were tired and we found hotel. Asked if we could split the difference- and he said no. He presented evidence of cleaners checklist. We couldn’t agree on what was fair.

It was a great place to stay! Short distance to anywhere you want to go; Pacific beach boardwalk and bars, sea world, and there was a fun bar/lounge walking distance from the apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and ease of access. Very comfortable beds. Brandon was very responsive to all the communication I had with him. I would suggest adding a blender or Ninja blender to the property for those travelers who like to make protein smoothies/shakes. Everything else was great!!
