Beachfront Villa with pool & waterfall: Gorgeous sandy beach

Villa Tres Delfines is a beachfront villa located on the gorgeous sandy beach of Soliman Bay. Set in spacious, beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, this is the perfect get away with friends or family. Enjoy snorkeling and kayaking in the calm, protected, blue waters of the bay, take in the magnificent views of the Caribbean and the jungle from our roof decks, fly a kite, build a sand castle, walk the perfect crescent shaped beach, watch the pelicans overhead, the iguanas sunning on the rocks, or just relax in one of the many hammocks. Nearby are spectacular Mayan ruins, world famous cenotes (watery caves unique to the area), jungle adventures, scuba diving, and fishing, as well as restaurants and shopping in the quaint town of Tulum (about 10 minutes away). The villa includes daily maid service, satellite TV, Internet access, kayaks and an optional chef service.


Soliman Bay is a perfect crescent shaped bay, with a lovely sandy beach, calm protected waters, and fantastic coral reefs for snorkeling. The bay is a secure gated community of private homes, so you will have the beach to yourself.


Villa Tres Delfines has a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. In the living room is a flat-screen TV, with Sky TV, and DVD player. There is also a music system, plenty of books, guidebooks and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, gas range/oven, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee-machine. We also have a washer+dryer for your use.


On the main floor are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to beachfront covered patios. Upstairs is a huge master suite with a spectacular 180 degree view of the bay. The suite leads out onto a deck with a covered outdoor seating area and hammock. Finally on the roof is an observation deck with a 360 degree view of ocean, beach, mangroves and the sunset.


All linens, towels, beach towels are provided. Drinking water is provided. Daily housekeeping is included in the rental.


After booking we can connect you with our concierge partner that can arrange airport pickup, car rental, chef service, groceries, restaurant reservations, activities etc.


Three double kayaks are provided for your exclusive use with paddles and life jackets, including youth sizes. You can kayak out to protected reefs in the bay for great snorkeling, or snorkel from the beach. For the kids we also have sand toys, buckets and shovels.


The villa has it's own private pool with a waterfall cascading down into the water, and surrounded by a sun-deck with loungers. A perfect place to catch some sun, work on a tan or enjoy the sunset. Our resident iguana Spiky is usually sunning himself above the waterfall cascading into the pool.

PLEASE NOTE that this is a quiet family neighborhood. We are at least 30 minutes from the Tulum party zone. If you are coming to Tulum to party, please look elsewhere -- this is not the place for you. DRUG USE of any kind on the property (including marijuana) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and will be reported to the Mexican police. Behavior or activities that result in property damage or disturbance to the neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We do not allow parties of any kind. No one other than registered named guests are permitted on the property. Music must not be audible outside the property lines at any time. Quiet hours start at 10pm.


Fishing in Soliman Bay is prohibited. Between May and September turtles may nest on the property. It is illegal to disturb turtle nests or harass nesting or hatching turtles.
