3/3 Key Colony Duplex with pool

Reel Therapy.... This home has a woman's touch down to the Keurig coffee maker!
Updated three bedroom, three bath ground level half duplex on the shady side of 9th street. Large bedrooms, with one king size bed in the master, one queen in the 2nd bedroom and two doubles in the 3rd bedroom. Three full bath's two with tub/shower and one with a large shower only. 4 TV's (3 of which are flat screens with a 42" flat screen in living room), 2 DVD Players, hi speed wireless internet service. You can watch the kids from the living room, dining room or kitchen as they play in the 8 X 14 pool on site (pool heat is $225 add'l if paid in advance, $250 on arrival). There is also Cabana Club membership.
Concrete seawall with 37.5' of dockage close to the open end of the canal. 20 amp power and water at the dock. Fish cleaning table, gas grill and bait freezer for your convenience. Locked storage shed for all your scuba gear on the property. Outdoor shower for your convenience. Brand new composite decking surrounds the pool area and backyard. Lovely to sit on and watch the kids in the pool or while they fish in the canal. Cool under foot and totally level for all your Rum Punch parties!

Pets are not normally accepted. Please ask for approval before booking and if approved pet fee will be additional.

Family time

Perfect for the family! Home was clean and just like pictures showed! Been nice to get a pass code to get in instead of going to office to get keys. Overall place was good and I would stay there again.

Recommend this house. The house was clean. Enough space for all we bring on vacation. Big closets even with hangers. Good internet signal. Good service from property manager when needed. Not big deal but i would prefer the bait freezer outside the house. Also pool temperature not that hot, maybe because we are from miami used to really warm water. The water was not cold but not hot enough. Other than that all was perfect.
