Updated, cozy, 2-Bedroom/2-Bath home in an established, quiet neighborhood only 1 mile from Indian Rocks Beach.
Whether you're in the area for a beach vacation, or to get away for the entire winter, this home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay along the Central Gulf Coast of Florida.
This house is in a great location and easy to get to....only 20 minutes to the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport and only 40 minutes to the Tampa International Airport.

The space:
You have the whole house (and garage) to yourself. Being only 3 minutes from the beach, this home is ideal for short and long-term stays. FEEL FREE TO USE THE BICYCLES I'VE PROVIDED TO GET AROUND!

This home offers plenty of space and amenities for the perfect stay. This ranch style home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ideal for guests who do not want to climb steps).

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. An air mattress and, probably the most comfortable couch in America, are available also. Linens are provided. :)

The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other full bath has a tub/shower combination. There is also a 3rd shower in the Laundry Room (a great place to rinse the sand off when returning from the beach). Towels are provided.

The Kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary appliances, bake/cookware, and utensils to prepare any meal. We also provide a stove-top kettle for making tea and a coffee maker (Coffee and tea are complimentary. Please help yourself).

Spacious living and dining areas with Smart TVs, high speed WiFi and plenty of space to enjoy time together.

The Sun-room offers plenty of space to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or unwind at the end of the day while watching the birds and squirrels in the back yard.

The backyard offers plenty of space to sunbathe on the patio, catch ball with the kids, or let the dog get some exercise. The yard is completely fenced in.

Feel free to utilize the driveway to park your vehicle(s), but please do not park on the grass (it will damage the sprinkler system).

Guest access:
Guests can access and use the entire house.

Other things to note:
Please take the grill outside before use and ensure it has cooled down before bringing it back into the sunroom.

Security Cameras:
For security reasons, there are two cameras OUTSIDE the living space of the house. One is above the back patio securing the backyard and rear entrance to the house. The other one is in the garage securing the garage door and garage entrance into the house. Please feel free to unplug these cameras during your stay, but please plug them back in before you checkout.
