Relax in Rural Cape Cod in a spacious apartment. 6 minutes to the beach!

Be the first ones to experience Cape Cod the right way! Ample space for 4 or more, Main room with two beds and additional room with a door. full kitchen, 1 Gig Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV, AC, All linens, towels, washer/dryer. For now: 1 King bed, 1 Twin bed, 2 floor mattresses. Sunlight floods the space. Use the grill on the luscious side yard and have a BBQ; eat and drink at the picnic table. And Cataumet Fish has the freshest seafood on the Cape, only 6 minutes away. Two wonderful restaurants 5 minutes away in North Falmouth: Bucatino and Epic Oyster. Did I mention the spacious side yard? Play croquet, a pick up football game perhaps, frisbee golf, freeze tag. And powerful floodlights if you get back late from the beach. Please note, This is a two-unit home. Guests have exclusive use of the private bottom floor with a separate entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

The other unit may be occupied during your stay. The driveway is shared. A pet may be present in the other unit; the pet does not have access to guest areas. Guests with severe pet allergies may wish to consider this when booking.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment was so comfortable and inviting. The grounds were great. Our host was very personable and went out of his way to make our visit perfect. We would stay here again.
