Bedrooms & study are located on the 2nd floor, configured as follows:
#1 - Master w/ Queen bed & en suite bath
Study - Twin bed
#3- Queen bed
#4 - Two Queen beds

Bedroom #2,3 and study share a hall bath. Laundry & a work nook are located on the 2nd floor.

The main floor features a front living room with tv, eat in kitchen, & back living room with tv and outdoor access.

Patio includes grill as well as lounge & dining furniture.

Our home is located 2 blocks from Main Street, the grocery store and the Hy-Line ferry and across from a beach. Walker’s paradise!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please strip all used beds and start washing linens. Leave all dirty linens(sheets, towels, etc,) in front of laundry.

Remove all food from fridge/cabinets and take out trash and recycling.

Load and run dishwasher.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The fireplace shall not be used.
