Easy access to hiking and biking trails that stretch to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park. Minutes away from Old Town by city bus, bike, or easy drive. On bus route to CSU. Short trip to the Poudre Canyon and Poudre River. This is a smoke-free home.
