In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and in such a convenient location. Everything we needed was there, and the space felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It made our trip so easy and relaxing. My best friend and I make an annual girl's trip in January to Fredericksburg. This was our first time staying at this property and absolutely LOVED it! It was newly decorated/modern, with all the amenities and close to town. It was very clean and suited all our needs! This is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!

The property was just as described, maybe better! We had two very nice bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk in closets. There was a nice welcome package upon arrival and the hot tub was a nice bonus! Check in and out were so simple. The location was great to get to Main Street as well as the wineries. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property is fabulous!

This new complex of B&B’s is in a perfect location, and has anything and everything needed for an exceptional experience. Convenient to everything, private, quiet and well manicured area. Inside every B&B are tasteful decor, and everything needed for your Fredericksburg experience - no matter how long or short your stay is. Owners have supplied quality products and designs throughout. Exceptionally clean, and attention to detail is on display everywhere. With two king bedrooms separated by a common area/kitchen/utility area, there is more than enough space to enjoy, along with privacy for everyone. Porches front and back, and a hot tub to enjoy during your stay. Truly do not have anything but praise for the units, owners and management company. You will not go wrong in choosing one of these properties for your Hill Country destination.
