The place is much more beautiful than the pictures. It's a unique property and a destination in itself. Very clean. The host communication is awesome! Highly recommend this place if anyone visiting CatSkills area.

Comfortable and stylish in a beautiful setting

We visited Eric’s place for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. Eric was very communicative, check-in was a breeze and the house was fantastic. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay, we had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean and the property was lovely and tucked away nicely in the woods by the creek. We particularly liked the decor and layout of the house and cooling off in the creek. We felt very comfortable. It was pretty perfect for us.

Wonderfully off the beaten path

We enjoyed our week at your Mid Century home, the furnishings were beautiful, the artwork throughout very fitting to the era. We spent hours on the deck over the Little Beaverkill listening to the stream and the rustle of the leaves, leaving us relaxed and looking forward to a return stay.

this place is so wonderful, i would live there full time if could. beautiful surroundings with the sound of the creak always in the background, fully equipped for home cooking, and overall just very welcoming and comfortable

To put it succinctly, we have been frequenting this establishment for five years, occasionally visiting multiple times annually. Considering the multitude of other accommodations available, and those we have experienced, our continued patronage speaks volumes. Arrived late at night. Had the next full day to enjoy the beautiful house and surroundings. Spent hours in front of the fire. We will be back for a full week !

Beautiful, inspiring place

The interior decor in this rental is certainly superior in quality and beauty to any vrbo rental we have done over the years, Internationally. This makes for a wonderful experience and certainly the sound of the creek rounds it all up in the best way. Very helpful owner!! We will hope to return one day!
