At the heart of the town of Andros (Chora) by the sea with spectacular view from most main room windows with two balconies with undisrupted view to the open sea and the gulf of Chora. One minute walk from the Modern Art and Arcaeological museums. Easily accessible by Car (only a few steps) Going up the steps you reach the main Agora marble laid pedestrian road, where lots of shops ,restaurants and beautiful classic mansions are found.

To behave in a civilized manner , since furniture and items in the House have sentimental value to the owner and some of them are fragile antique type . Always make sure Windows and doors are secured because the wind may shut them with force and get damaged . Do not use many electric appliances at once especially if they have high power.requirements. For example do not use at the same time more than two Electric plates on the stove , or the oven with Electric plates at once . Or the Electric hot water heater with the Electric stove, because circuits will be overloaded. The House has wooden floors and ceilings and care should be taken to handle flames and flammable items with caution.

Gorgeous stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandros’ beautiful apartment. Beautiful views from every window. The apartment is perfectly situated close to beaches, Main Street with lots of taverns and amenities. Alexandros was the perfect host - offering lots of assistance and advice. Greatly appreciated traveling with a little one. We will be back! Thanks, Chris, Amy + Arlo

Magnifique vue sur mer

Grande maison pleine de charme et parfaitement équipée. Localisation parfaite en bord de mer, proche toutes commodités dans le calme d'un centre ville sans voiture. Hôte particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Un seul lit double dans les cinq chambre et une seule salle de bain, mais ce sont des détails car la maison est vraiment top!

Une maison avec beaucoup de charme

Très belle maison bien placée à proximité de la place Kairi et des plages. Il a été très agréable d'y séjourner. Très bon accueil d'Alexandros, le propriétaire, en français. Tout était prévu pour notre arrivée. La salle de bain est très petite pour une maison que nous occupions à sept avec passage obligatoire par la cuisine. Mais le charme de la maison et l'accueil du propriétaire compensaient de loin ce petit inconvénient.

L'appartement bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur la mer. Il est grand et spacieux avec des beaux volumes très bien placé proche de toutes commodités, des plages et idéal pour une grande famille. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire.

une maison spacieuse très bien située

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable sur l'île de Andros. La maison de Alexandros est une maison ancienne spacieuse avec des beaux volumes avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, la petite église de Agia Thalassini et le phare de Chora. La maison est idéalement située à côté de la mer et à l'intérieur de Chora (la capitale de l’île) Nous avons effectué plusieurs ballades sur l'île et nous avons profité de ses belles plages.

Old aristocratic ambiance, by the sea , you can hear the waves, uninterrupted view of the Aegean the gulf of Chora and the mountain opposite with villages in their green surroundings of Cypress, olive and other Cycladic vegetation.
In a quiet spot of the town , a few minutes from the museums the Agora and easily accessible by car.
