This is a great beach house that my family enjoyed. The beach was close by and the pool was so relaxing. Communication with our host was fast and reliable. We really, really enjoyed our time there and plan to stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for me, my wife, and our three kids. The pool was a big highlight—our kids couldn’t get enough of it! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall Nice property. If anything would need "improving" it would be the little shower outside to wash off the ocean. A little more pressure or new nozzle would help. Also, interesting that the only way to get between the floors is outside. No biggy, just different. Had a great time and location to beach is a plus.

Great place for the family on SPI

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It's just steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for quick trips back and forth. The private pool was a huge bonus—especially during the rainy days between showers. It gave the kids a fun way to stay entertained without dealing with the hassle of setting up the shade tent in the wind. Overall, this is a great option for families visiting South Padre!

Fantastic pool and location

The place is a little old and run-down, but they've clearly done some work on it (the upstairs showers have been recently redone, for instance) and it's clean and usable. The pool is wonderful, and the location can't be beat. Good stay overall for a large group, including everyone from a toddler to kids to teens to adults to a senior citizen and a couple of dogs.

We want to keep it just as inviting as possible. The house was clean, the pool was perfect, we were able to use it even when it was cold outside. I really loved the towel exchange service, which supplied anything needed. For the house ( clean towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper,, clean linens, ex). The hour is very spacious. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions.

The property is in a great location. The pool and hot tub make this house even better. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the pool and she helped resolve it quickly and satisfactorily. This was a great week in South Padre.

You are steps from the beach and yet you have your own private pool and spa. I hope you were able to take advantage of all of the great activities of the Island as well as the restaurants. Clean, Comfortable, and close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was perfect for us, with two full apartments in the two-story home. We enjoyed the backyard with the swimming pool, however, we could not get the Jacuzzi to work. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook. Thank you very much for a wonderful memory.

Family Beach Thanksgiving

Wonderful location right across the street from the beach. Two kitchens and living areas very helpful for multiple families. Wish there was a table though. Only a long bar upstairs which worked especially for cooking and serving. Hot Tub is fun too!!
