Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.

This condo is ground level, one story, and faces the street. The kitchen has a coffee pot (with single brew or 12 cup options), waffle maker, toaster and blender, as well as all the general cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals. The beach is just steps away from the door as this condo is in a beachfront triplex that is on the sand.

Wonderful spot literally steps from the beach. Nice enclosed yard which was great for our little kids. We were able to fit our pack and play in the bedroom. The host was very quick to respond when I had a couple questions. Heads up that there is no A/C or ceiling fans for those not used to that, but it was comfortable inside with the windows open, the ocean breeze, and the box fans on. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had a tub for baths, and overall it was a great place to stay!

Location, Location! Mary, our host was the BEST! She was lightning fast with responses and was wonderful. We had such a great stay and I hated to leave when our week was up ( which was today.) It’s such a clean condo with everything you need. The unit is Light and bright with many windows. It is updated and has a nice beach vibe. Speaking of the beach, it is right there, steps away, and all the shops and eateries are close by. We didn’t bring our bikes this year but if you do have one, it’s easy to visit stores , while riding up and down the block (or two) with a bike. On site parking is also a HUGE PLUS for me, and we had it there. There’s a nice little area behind a gate where you can store a bike or two and if your sand chair breaks that you brought along, there’s a shed with chairs for you to use, and a barbecue grill. The courtyard was really a nice spot to sit on each evening while relaxing and listening to the waves crashing. A great host and great place to stay.

The condo is clean, updated, and comfortable. The bedrooms sleep two in one room and three in the bunk bed room. The location is AMAZING! Right on the beach and very close to the adorable downtown with its shops, coffee houses, restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this charming seaside condo! It was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Location is great...Bonus: The carport is is a real plus...Parking in Carpinteria is a bit taxing. There is enough room for a visitor to park directly behind.Location is great. Been coming to Carp since the 70's, RV'ng, but sold it during pandemic. Anyway, we kept most of our chairs and easyup in the Jeep, close to beach when needed.One block to Linden, main street.Mary, the host. Was terrific as far as responding to any questions. Shops and restaurants are 10-15 minute walkNice patio our front.About 50 feet to the sand, great location with an ADA walkway on the sand from the cul-de-sac. If you have visitors for the day, have them arrive before 9am and the can park in the cul-de-sac out front for free.
