Amazing stay near the hospital! The kids were able to fish and swim some in between hospital visits, which was so lovely. Beds were very comfortable as well.

The house was wonderful for the week just like the photos show. We really enjoyed our week relaxing at the house. There are a few loose boards on the deck that make it a little bit of a safety hazard to walk on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We spent all day every day sitting in the screened back porch playing games and eating our meals. We also liked the dock by the lake where we sat enjoying the nice breezes. We did have the pleasure of meeting the host's mom, Trudy. She was a really a nice lady. Overall, it was a nice place to unwind, rest and relax.

Perfect quaint and comfortable oasis for my family of four. The kids loved the pool and I loved the surprising number of wild birds all around the property. For this value, you’re not getting a Four Seasons, but you’re getting a fun, comfortable, clean space in a safe neighborhood that has lots of thoughtful touches and provides everything you need. Perfect if you’re not overly fussy and looking for a budget-friendly accommodation. The host also had excellent communication. The beds were also super comfortable.

After staying at countless properties this one was far and away my favorite in every way. No detail was over looked - from cookware to buttery sheets - from fairy lights to the outside kitchen, and the genuine privacy. It's a little spot of heaven. Then add to that the remarkable kindness, helpful nature, ease of communication with our hosts and you have a truly special spot. I cant wait to come back and it will be as soon as I possibly can. Thank you for an amazing weekend, I couldnt have possibly asked nor wanted for anything more 🩷

House is very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of towels and supplies. Beds are comfortable. I found the pool very nice. Loved that it was heated. Was happy with the walk-in shower. Owner’s mother was quick to respond when contacted about a small electrical problem. She efficiently dealt with the problem as it was fixed the next day. Publix is only like 7 minutes down the road. So location fine. We hadn’t planned on any big touristy type activities.., we just wanted to relax and stay put for the most part. I do suggest that there be a large comfortable lounge chair or a comfy couch where one can curl up with a book. (There is a couch but it’s set up for folks to watch tv from). Perhaps in place of the piano? Also for safety reasons I’d like to suggest some sort of pool bar to assist children and older adults with getting in and out of pool, We were disappointed that the canal behind the house is pretty much filled in with water plants and not usable for the paddle boat. A young man in a canoe tried to get through the plants but couldn’t. However there is a nearby bird sanctuary so we had lots of birds to observe as they liked the small deck over the canal. So not a loss….we enjoyed ourselves here. Have left totally relaxed which was our goal.

“ A Birds Paradise “ Very relaxing, a great escape from hustle and bustle of everyday life. Everything is there to really relax. The beds were super cozy. Big TVs, two full bathrooms. The jacuzzi is warm and ready to use. The heated pool for that nightly swim. Fully stocked with all your essentials. Best, a private back yard like you’re on a Caribbean island. Very Covenant and close to grocery stores and the sponge docks to stroll and eat. We definitely will come back. Thanks Christian for being a great host and available for anything we needed!

Christian's home was more than we expected. Very clean and neat with all the extra amenities. The highlight of staying there was meeting Christian's Mom (Trudy). What a delightful, heartwarming, hardworking classy lady. Our fondest memory of staying in New Port Richey, Florida is Trudy.

What a peaceful spot. All the touches are so amazing. The kitchen is lacking for nothing, the back yard area is the best, we saw so much wild life. The pool is so private and sitting on the dock for sunset is beautiful! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
